Accessory Guide

Getting started

You will need to install the FC26 Live Editor if you haven’t already, and then install the custom game IDs file to unlock much of what I will talk about below:

Base Accessory ID List

2: Ref Earpiece
4: Left Ref Watch
5: Right Ref Watch
6: Left Wrist Athletic Tape
7: Right Wrist Athletic Tape
8: Left Short Wrist Tape
9: Right Short Wrist Tape
10: Left Knee Athletic Tape
11: Right Knee Athletic Tape
12: Left Knee Brace
13: Right Knee Brace
15: Gripper Sock
16: Winter Gloves
20: Left Ref GLT Watch
21: Right Ref GLT Watch
22: Left Finger Tape
23: Right Finger Tape
24: Left Long Wrist Tape
25: Right Long Wrist Tape
26: Left Rubber Bracelet
27: Right Rubber Bracelet
28: Left Knee Athletic Tape (Lower and Smaller)
29: Right Knee Athletic Tape (Lower and Smaller)
30: Left Sweatband
31: Right Sweatband
44: Headphones
46: Left Winter Glove Compatible Short Wrist Tape
47: Right Winter Glove Compatible Short Wrist Tape
48: Left Original Long Wrist Tape

159: Nose Guard — Style #2
215: Nose Strip — Style #1
216: Nose Strip — Style #2
217: Nose Strip — Style #3
360: Edgar Davids Glasses

Add 50 to any of the left accessories to make them be used on both sides. For instance setting an accessory code to 58 will add short wrist tapes to both sides, freeing up an extra accessory slot compared to setting 8 in one and 9 in another.

Add 1000 to any of the accessories under 100 to bypass some EA overrides, allowing the use of certain accessories with the normal and 3/4 undershirt.

You can combine these two behaviors, for instance setting an accessory code to 1058 will add short wrist tapes to both sides, as well as bypassing the overrides that would normally disable them when using an undershirt.

Socks
Sock Length Codes
0: Medium
1: Short
2: Long
4: Low
5: Ankle
6: Very Low

Sock Style Codes
0: No Shin Pad
1: Regular
2: Small Shin Pad
3: Micro Shin Pad
5: One hole
6: Two hole
7: Three hole
8: Multi-hole

Not every sock style and length an be combined. Pretty much all sock styles except regular only work with medium sock length.

I have improved the sock loading logic to fallback to regular sock style code when the specified one can’t be found, maintaining sock length.

Sleeves

Jersey Sleeve Length Codes
0: Short Sleeves
1: Long Sleeves
2: Long Sleeves and Turtleneck
3: Short Sleeves and Undershirt
4: Short Sleeves and Undershirt and Turtleneck
5: Short Sleeves and 3/4 Undershirt
6: Short Sleeves and Extra-Long Undershirt
7: Short Sleeves and Extra-Long Undershirt and Turtleneck

jerseysleevelengthcode («Jer. Sleeve Len.» in Live Editor) is used in warm weather, hasseasonaljersey («Has Seasonal Jer.» in Live Editor) in cold weather. Both use the same IDs as above.

Setting seasonal jersey to any of the values above works fine, but setting jersey sleeve length to 5, 6 or 7 works, but resets to 1 when entering edit player.

To get around this, and support more sleeve types, you can override the values by editing tattoofront («Tattoo Front» in Live Editor).

Tattoo Front Codes
5: Short Sleeves and 3/4 Undershirt (warm only)
6: Short Sleeves and Extra-Long Undershirt (warm only)
7: Short Sleeves and Extra-Long Undershirt and Turtleneck (warm only)
8: Short Sleeves and Extra-Long Undershirt and Turtleneck (warm and cold)
9: Short Sleeves and 3/4 Undershirt and Turtleneck (warm only)
10: Short Sleeves and 3/4 Undershirt and Turtleneck (warm and cold)
11: Left Compression Sleeve (warm only)
12: Left Compression Sleeve (warm and cold)
13: Right Compression Sleeve (warm only)
14: Right Compression Sleeve (warm and cold)
15: Left 3/4 Compression Sleeve (warm only)
16: Left 3/4 Compression Sleeve (warm and cold)
17: Right 3/4 Compression Sleeve (warm only)
18: Right 3/4 Compression Sleeve (warm and cold)

For warm only overrides, when cold, it will still use seasonal jersey.

Winter Gloves
You can assign a specific player a specific glove by assigning them the accessory ID given for that glove in the ID sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pbnLpk-dd6C4t1S7BAe1x_nIt5SPasRVxWwJhylLGXM/edit?gid=1010063183#gid=1010063183

Lua Overrides Guide

The Realism Mod hardcodes some information in it’s Lua code, but there are cases where you may want to edit what it stores, so the Lua Overrides system is how you do it. It’s very simple!

For instance, the mod has a mapping of which kit manufacturer each team uses, which is used for automatic winter glove and manager outfit assignments. Say you create custom kits for a team, and change their kit manufacturer, the players will still wear the winter gloves linked with the original manufacturer. But with the Lua Overrides system, you can quickly fix this!

Tutorial Go to your C: drive, and create a «FIFER’s FC26 Realism Mod» folder. Inside of that, create a «Lua Overrides» folder. You should now be in C:\FIFER’s FC26 Realism Mod\Lua Overrides. Simply create any csv files you want from the list of available overrides, and fill them with your edits. The csv files are simple files with no header row.

Available Overrides Team Manufacturer Mapping.csv (team ID to manufacturer name) Team Glove Mapping.csv (team ID to glove ID)

Example If I wanted to change Manchester United’s manufacturer to Nike, all I have to do is create C:\FIFER’s FC26 Realism Mod\Lua Overrides\Team Manufacturer Mapping.csv and fill it with

11,Nike
